Teen Phone Interview + In-home Interview | Sydney & Melbourne

Does your teenager wake up to small problems on their skin? We would love to come and visit you both in the home to discuss! Please take the time to complete the survey. We know there are a few extra questions but they are for both yourself and teenager.

Who: Teenagers aged 15-18 PLUS their parent/s
What: Up to 30-minute phone interview (split between teen & parent) + 3-hour in-home interview (2-hours with teen and 1 hour with parent)
When/Where: Sydney: Monday 3rd December – Friday 7th December
or Melbourne: Saturday 8th – Wednesday 12th December
How much: $400 eGiftPay ($50 phone interview + $350 in home interview)
Incentive amounts are total which are shared between teen and parent
